Au moment où nous finissons ce numéro, les JCR sont en plein congrès : l’ensemble des militants se prononce sur la situation politique, l’orientation future de l’organisation... Dans ce débat, 2 Plate-Formes (PF) se sont déclarées, avec des opinions différentes, qu’elles présentent ici.

PF X : Pour que toute notre classe s’organise en position de combat face à la classe dirigeante

En France, deux événements ont changé la donne dans la situation politique : la victoire du Non à la constitution européenne et la victoire du mouvement contre le CPE. Dans ces luttes s’est accru un sentiment de confiance dans notre camp social : il est maintenant possible de gagner et la victoire est au bout de l’unité. Dans ce processus, les débats politiques se sont développés à une échelle de masse, alimentés notamment par la révolte des quartiers populaires et le développement d’une dynamique nationale unitaire et antilibérale à l’issue du 29 mai.

Les expériences de notre génération et nos victoires auront des conséquences dans les mois et les années à venir alors que les confrontations sociales et politiques vont continuer à se développer. À l’image de son implication dans les mobilisations, la jeunesse doit avoir un rôle central dans les dynamiques politiques en cours au sein du mouvement social. L’élément clef pour avancer dans ce sens-là est d’élever le niveau d’organisation de la « génération CPE » et de développer les débats politiques et stratégiques à une échelle de masse. Cela se décline sur trois niveaux complémentaires :

– Construire les cadres d’organisation permanents pour organiser le combat permanent contre les deux pendants de la stratégie de la classe dirigeante : casse sociale et guerre sans limite. Cela signifie développer un syndicalisme étudiant de masse et des collectifs permanents contre la guerre. Cela se combine avec la construction de fronts ponctuels (sans-papier, antiracisme, etc…) qui permettent systématiquement l’implication de toutes les forces politiques et syndicales dans l’activité commune afin d’entraîner largement dans l’action.

– Répondre à la recherche massive d’une alternative politique issue des luttes. Actuellement, celle-ci tend à prendre la forme d’un regroupement de forces politiques, syndicales, associatives à la gauche du social libéralisme et se traduit par la construction de collectifs pour une alternative au libéralisme et des candidatures unitaires en 2007. La jeunesse reste peu impliquée dans ce processus, nous devons donc prendre des initiatives pour qu’elle y prenne toute sa place.

– Construire un pôle révolutionnaire indépendant qui se tourne vers l’extérieur. Parce que le marxisme est un outil pour l’action, nous devons le développer au sein des mouvements. En même temps que notre théorie et nos analyses doivent irriguer le mouvement nous devons les confronter et les enrichir des expériences actuelles.

PF Z : Organiser la nouvelle génération militante

Nous vivons de plus en plus mal et nos perspectives d’avenir sont de plus en plus minces. Nos diplômes ne garantissent plus d’avoir un travail, sinon un boulot précaire et sous-payé. Quant aux peuples du Sud, leur quotidien est dicté par les guerres, les coups d’État organisés par l’impérialisme et les diktats des institutions internationales.

Mais ce modèle de société n’est plus vécu comme une fatalité. Se dire anticapitaliste et même communiste révolutionnaire ne fait plus passer pour un extra-terrestre… Depuis 2002, la jeunesse s’est mobilisée dans des grands mouvements nationaux ou dans des luttes locales. Le mouvement anti-CPE a été la synthèse de tous ces mouvements et a redonné le goût de la victoire. Nous avons dépassé les bureaucraties réformistes qui voulaient freiner la lutte ou l’orienter vers des cadres institutionnels.

Mais les jeunes ne rejoignent pas massivement les syndicats ou les organisations politiques. Ils n’ont pas tous conscience que c’est en permanence qu’il faut être organisé. Et les JCR et la LCR restent de petites organisations, même si notre orientation a souvent été majoritaire dans les mouvements.

Il n’y a pas de solution miracle pour résoudre ces contradictions. Il faut organiser la résistance au quotidien et proposer à tous les jeunes de se mobiliser sur les questions immédiates, comme les sans-papiers, les réformes de l’éducation, etc. Dans ces luttes, nous devons proposer l’unité à toutes les organisations de gauche, sans donner d’illusions sur elles. Mais pour réellement lancer des dynamiques militantes, notre organisation doit être plus forte, plus présente dans les quartiers populaires, les facs, les lycées, etc. Cela signifie construire une nouvelle force, au-delà de notre seul courant politique. Cette nouvelle force devra être à même de lancer des mobilisations, mais aussi de définir un projet de société et une stratégie pour renverser le capitalisme. Cela veut dire qu’elle ne devra avoir aucune illusion dans les institutions et être au service de notre camp social, celui des travailleurs, de la jeunesse et des opprimés.

Nous devons donc lancer des campagnes qui s’adressent à tous les jeunes, construire des cadres d’actions tels que les syndicats et les collectifs, mais aussi développer des campagnes anticapitalistes, s’appuyant sur des revendications immédiates comme la lutte contre la précarité et pour l’autonomie des jeunes.

Notre tâche est de gagner la nouvelle génération militante à la révolution !
